Is this bad karma?

OK. First, we get attacked by dogs. Then I walk into my bathroom at work and the automatic light system turns off (does it not see me walking across the room?). Then this evening I was practically hit by a car while running with Jennifer. Seriously, I had to high step it and push off his car with my hand. You see he was making a right turn, but only looked left before making the turn. Jennifer and I were mid-car in the crosswalk when he started to move. How do you change your karma?
